Well it looks like it, some spy shots of the new radio box for the upcoming updated Inferno MP9 were captured at the NEO 12 race this Easter weekend! Here is a couple of shots of Cody King's car (Left) and Jared Tebo's (Right) all prepped to race. Obviously the new radio tray and servo plates are working well for the drivers as so far Cody King is in 4th place and Jared Tebo is sitting as the Fastest driver after practice.
Included in the update is a new box to protect the battery. We will no longer have to trim off the rear battery compartment for the unused section of the older box design as well as a new Aluminum servo tray. It looks like the steering servo position may have been changed as well in the new plate.
Is this a sign of new things to come for the Inferno MP9? Will it be the TKI3 or an EVO version like the ST-RR update that came out recently? I guess we will have to wait a little longer to find out.
