This is the revised version of the MP9 upper arm set. More material has been added in the section that surrounds the hinge pin area. This reduces the risk of cracking in a crash. Also, the new set is made of a harder material and therefore is stronger as well as less likely to wear prematurely on the hinge pin area like some racers have experienced with the older set. The Kyosho Inferno MP9 Front Upper Arm Set includes both left and right sides, 4 spacers for adjusting caster as well as the upper outer ball ends. This style upper arm has always been a cool F1 style feature of the Inferno Buggies and the new MP9 delivers as well. This design allows for the upper arms to follow caster changes and keep the correct geometry. With Kyosho its the details that count! You will not find this attention to detail and molding quality as well as materials quality with any other manufacture. This part replaces discontinued part KYOIF428. Tech note: To improve the lifespan of the upper arms it helps to use "Shoe Glue" to hold and strengthen the caster insert on the front hubs where the outside lower hinge pin goes through. This will add strength to the entire front end assembly.
