The Kyosho Inferno MP9 Bell Guide Washer and Clutch Shim Set includes 2 5x8.5x0.2mm shims as well as 2 5x10x.5mm washers. The shims are used to achieve the correct end play on the clutch bell. You should use shims on the clutch bell till there is about .3 to .5 mm of end play. If you shim the clutch bell to tight you can shorten the clutch bearing life. Different numbers of shims will be required to shim different engines. Also included is 2 washers that retain the clutch bell bearing assembly. Also included is a collet spacer, M3x8mm cap head screw and a pilot shaft end cad that can be used to lengthen the available distance to allow you to shim a clutch bell that is to long (longer than the pilot shaft itself).
