The narrow wheel hubs are used to adjust the width of the car. With some of the wider wheel and tire combos out there now, you may need to do this to pass the width requirements at certain races such as IFMAR or ROAR. These are used on the MP9 TKI2 and TKI3 as the stock hubs in the rear.
