there was a description error on the web site that read 3mm and the parts sent were 3.5mm. after notifying customer service they were able to track down the correct part that i needed. this was excellent customer service. the only bad thing was getting a store credit for the return shipping of the wrong parts, I might never get to use, it would have been better to receive a refund of the shipping amount on the card used to pay for the purchase.
